In this modern age of technology human beings are forgetting the fundimental skills that set us apart from all other living creatures. The ability to harness the materials and resources around us, and tailor them to our own needs. Men and Women no longer rely on there own individual skills and knowledge to fetch water, chop wood, hunt, forage and start a fire. We have became weak and inferior in comparison to our ancestors from only a few generations ago. The chain of knowledge that once was passed from father to son, mother to daughter has been broken. We shouldn’t need to rely on electricity for everyday common duties. Electricity is a commodity which can be taken from us in the flick of a switch. Just as it was once turned on it can also just as suddenly be turned off.
This groups purpose is to share our knowledge with one another and help each other gain the skills necessary to survive and flourish no matter what the future may hold for us.
